Sleeping in 7-8 hours plays an important role of your brain. It consolidates your brain health and your overall memories.
2. Trying New Activities to do
By this, you will gonna discover your potentials and skills that you may apply in the future. It will give another knowledge that will adopt by your brain.
3. Daily Exercise
Exercising not only gives benefits to your physical fitness but, it also helps your brain to function well.
4. Socializing
Socializing to other individuals will help you to gain knowledge. You may adopt this knowledge of others by socializing which is also called, Braun feeding.
5. Maintaining Good Mental Health
Stress causes mayhem which may affect your brain and mental health so, we should maintain our brain health by properly handling the stress.
6. Meditation
Meditating means, calmness. It relaxes your brain that makes it to function properly.
7. Eating Healthy Foods
Your health reflects on what you eat so, you must eat healthy foods in right amount. With this, you will gain nutrients that are good for your health and to your brain.
8. Rest
Do not pressure your body cause it will affect your brain.

Avoid exposure from radiation cause it will lead you having brain damage like, brain tumor.
